    * Matthieu will be present at the FOSDEM for a lightning talk [[https://fosdem.org/2016/schedule/event/mail2voice/]]
    * Matthieu exposed the much of the presentation, it's cool! Please see the pad (private access, but we can share, so: ask for details!)
    * Matthieu will finalise Wednesday

  * Mail2Voice-Next timetable - 3 and 7 February meetings
    * We added the step "study of the existing": make a serious inventory about what already exist
    * Everyone have to look for existing solutions before meetings
    * Please use the pad "M2V-Next - Existing solutions"

  * The name "Rockmail" is already used :-(
    * The brainstorming is re-opened
    * Everyone have to think about that and report in the pad "Pad M2V-Next : Plan d'actions"
