What have been done since last meeting:

  * Translation of the source code from french to english (finished)
  * Give widgets consistant names (finished)
  * Minor code enhancements

TODO (Matthieu) :

  * More comments (!)
  * Code refactoring (estimated 2 weeks)
  * Code documentation, will be published on the wiki. (estimated 1 week)
  * Implementation of the missing features (estimated 1 month)
  * Evaluation of speech synthesizers. --> Laurent
  * Integration of an ** (easy to understand) speech synthesizer ** (estimation 1 week ??)
  * Fix the localisation ¨+ Review and fix translations (estimated 1 week)
  * Replace proprietary 3rd party libraries (estimated 1 week)
  * Port to linux (+packaging) (estimated 1 week)

==== Communication tools ====

  * Mailing-list: done. Some important delays of mail delivery from the sourceforge mailer have occured (in observation).
  * Wiki is up and running.
  * Bugtracker write permission issue is resolved.


TODO:

  * Update the website (e.g. team) --> Laurent
  * Mumble will be tested on next meeting to replace phone calls. --> Team
  * An etherpad server hosted by the team members in replacement of the framapad solution. --> Matthieu
