  * Work carried out:
    * Diana: some adjustments to do for the task "Inbox: display in bold unread mails, not read mails"
    * Matthieu: work in progress for the task "harmonize the language files"
    * Laurent: basic work done for the task "rework screens for displays at various resolutions".
      * This task require substantive work  to make the compilation possible on both IDE (VS, Xamarin). For later.
  * Tasks for beta 2
    * BugTracker updated. Rest 7 tasks for beta2
    * Beta3 is opened
    * we will communicate on progress by email (mailling list), Wednesday, Nov. 5
  * CdL, review of the presentation: No progress. To review at the next meeting
  * CdL, logistics: Travel and accommodation are OK. Stipends requests to the organizing team.
  * FOSDEM:
    * The submission is done for a 15-minute lightning talk
    * Matthieu will review the detail of the submission, He will propose it to us for approval via the pad.
    * Diana is ok to help for work on slides and content
    * It should be noted that conference rooms seem absolutely splendid !!!
