  • It's very great to welcome you a new time, after your pause. Specially for this period of restart of the project! Thank you Diana.
  • It's an opportunity to repeat that Mail2Voice will start a new new branch of it's dev. We'll restart from zero! So The first work is to design more than to code, to make choices and more… It's very nice you're here, you'll live it from this beginning!

  • No news from the FOSDEM about our lightning talk submission
  • Matthieu will be present
  • If the submission is accepted, then we'll work on, because it's to early today, relative to our progress

    • Jenkins is very easy to install
    • For it's administration, Laurent need to know more how it works
    • We may think that we'll have this tool available on our dedicated server

    • More can be done, but it's a first draft

  • We think we need january and february for conception. So no code before.
  • Conception workshops:
    • They concern particularly Matthieu and Diana
    • Laurent will be involved in the beginnig for the specifications, to represent the needs of users
    • We need to schedule regular workshops
      • A first date is taken (see below)
      • To review later for planning because Diana will be on vacation shortly
