FOSDEM (Saturday 30 January 2016 at 18:00)
- Matthieu will be present at the FOSDEM for a lightning talk https://fosdem.org/2016/schedule/event/mail2voice/
- Matthieu exposed the content that he thought, it's cool!
- Laurent have to work on the template before sunday

Mail2Voice-Next: timetable
- We need to add a step: make a serious inventory about what already exist (we can reuse, or not!)

The base mail client name
- 'Rockmail' is already used. We have to find another name
- Brainstorming at the next meeting

Other informations
- JDLL: deadline for submission is 2016-02-04
- Mail2Voice will be present in a video
  - this video will presents softwares to teachers of 'Académie Rhône-Alpes de l'éducation nationale'
  - Laurent make all to obtain a copy
