  * The Windows VM
    * the VM is UP, updates are in progress
    * MinGW is installed, Jenkins to and connected to the master
    * License: surprise in few days...

  * DB connector
    * Diana done the work
    * Diana and Matthieu have to meet this week for the push method

  * An agile tool (Redmine)
    * To test the plugin Agile in Redmine. Laurent will install it.
    * There is also Icescrum to test
    * and Tuleap, but it seems it's difficult to install it
    * Jira does not seem to be the right tool for us

  * Mockups
    * Laurent sent mockups last week
    * brief description (layout, colors, etc.) of Inbox and Settings screens by Laurent
    * global feedback: it's a good direction. Next milestone will be based on
    * Matthieu think about some proposals (the navigation in the inbox for example)
    * Laurent will share to the team the Gimp file
    * Jonathan: there a very interesting technical challenge (transparency of buttons for example)
 
  * Our Skateboard

    * A very interesting discussion about this method and how to decline it for M2V
    * Laurent needed to understand how to involve our testers and with what? Matthieu has developed this method. 
    * What is our skateboard? Probably our V0.2!
    * The discussion joins our need for an agile tool
